“Les Gourmets” Sauvignon Blanc Touraine
The roots of the Confrérie des Vignerons de Oisly-Thésée go deep into the limestone and chalky slopes of the Touraine appellation in France’s iconic Loire Valley. For generations, this dedicated cooperative has championed the singular potential of Sauvignon Blanc grown on these cool-climate terraces. By combining modern temperature-controlled facilities with traditional, meticulous vineyard management, the estate captures a classic French style. The regional oceanic influences and mineral-dense soil structures are fundamental in building their reputation for producing lively whites that emphasize purity over heavy oak manipulation.
This Sauvignon Blanc is a highly aromatic and bright selection that serves as a beautiful showcase of its cool-climate origin. The vinification process prioritizes extended cold maceration before aging on fine lees in stainless steel vats, unlocking an exceptionally open, expressive bouquet.
Appellation: Touraine AOC, Loire Valley, France
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc – ABV: 12%
Tasting notes: Fragrant and crisp. It harmonizes scents of yellow apple and lime blossom with a medium-bodied, zesty palate full of lemon citrus, crabapple, and a flinty, refreshing finish.

“La Croix Blanche”
Les 3 Domaines is an organically farmed family estate located in Réjaumont, a small, historic village nestled in the heart of Gers within Gascony, Southwest France. Committed to eco-friendly agriculture and low-intervention cellar practices, the winemakers focus entirely on crafting highly aromatic, terroir-driven daily drinkers. The vineyards thrive on rolling hillsides dominated by clay-limestone soils, soaking up ample daytime sunshine while being cooled by sweeping Atlantic breezes. This specific climate slows down grape ripening, perfectly preserving the lively natural acidity required for their regional blends.
The “La Croix Blanche” bottling stands as a classic representation of Gascon winemaking, delivering a wine that is intensely fruity yet bone-dry. Fermented slowly in stainless steel to trap its youthful energy, it avoids any heavy wood aging to let the raw character of the fruit take center stage. It pours a bright, pale straw color in the glass. The nose presents an expressive, fresh bouquet of melon, ripe pear, and elderflower. On the palate, the wine feels remarkably zippy and crisp, balancing its juicy orchard flavors against a fine touch of flinty, refreshing minerality.
Appellation: IGP Côtes de Gascogne, France
Grapes: 50% Colombard, 50% Sauvignon Blanc – ABV: 12%
Tasting notes: Zippy and highly aromatic. It boasts pleasant aromas of melon and pear, yielding to a light, dry, and crisp palate highlighted by a cleansing mineral edge.
Pairing: Serve well-chilled at 7–9°C. It acts as a perfect date-night wine or light aperitif, matching beautifully with white fish, raw shellfish, or mixed green salads.

“Teres Antique” Méditerranée Rosé
Crafted by winemaker Matthieu Savatier at the historic Château du Rouët, this elegant rosé comes from the “Les Secrets d’un Terroir” collection. The organic estate vineyards are planted not far from St. Tropez in the beautiful coastal hills of Provence, France. Sunk deep into ancient red Permian sandstone and volcanic soils, the vines are naturally shielded by the surrounding pine forests and Mediterranean shrubs. Savatier uses traditional, minimalist gravity-fed methods to ensure his rosés fully capture the authentic maritime climate and sun-kissed spirit of the French Riviera.
The “Teres Antique” bottling is a refined, traditional expression of Provencal rosé that favors a dry, savory profile over heavy tropical fruit sweetness. Vinified completely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, it shows off a classic, pale pink onion skin color in the glass.
Appellation: Méditerranée IGP, Provence, France
Grapes: Cinsault, Grenache, Tibouren – ABV: 13%
Tasting notes: Crisp, dry, and mineral-accented. It highlights elegant aromas of white peach and wild herbs, unfolding into a balanced palate of watermelon and strawberry with a clean, stony finish.
Pairing: Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Highly versatile for a warm sunny day, it pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, goat cheese salads, a fresh berry tart, or classic tomato-based Mediterranean dishes.

Château du Pin-Franc Bordeaux Rouge ~ 2020
For over a century, the Queyrens family has passed down its winemaking heritage from generation to generation. Their paternal family estate, Château du Pin-Franc, covers 65 hectares of very hilly vineyards in the town of Donzac within the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. Situated on hillsides overlooking the right bank of the Garonne River, the well-exposed vines benefit from maximum sunshine and excellent natural water drainage. The family relies on a battery of large, traditional concrete tanks rather than oak barrels, ensuring their red blends preserve a pure, unmasked sense of terroir.
The 2020 vintage stands as a savory, classic, and highly acclaimed expression of right-bank Bordeaux. Thanks to a warm growing season, the predominant Merlot grape achieved perfect ripeness, giving the final blend a luxurious roundness and finesse.
Appellation: Bordeaux AOC, France
Grapes: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc – ABV: 14%
Tasting notes: Savory, classic, and fruit-forward. It displays layered aromas of dark plum, blackberry, and tobacco leaf, supported by a mid-weight palate with supple tannins and an earthy, well-structured finish.
Pairing: Best enjoyed at a standard cellar temperature of 16–18°C. This classic red blend acts as a wonderful companion to grilled beef, roasted venison, hearty lamb stews, or medium-aged cheeses.
Producer: Vignobles Queyrens
