Weingut Muller Zweigelt Rosè
Since 1936, we Müllers in Krustetten, Kremstal, have been making wine. The history of our estate dates back to 1270. Today, we care for a variety of vineyards in southern Kremstal and the Wachau. Cool-climate roses taste and act differently than their Mediterranean cousins, but no less pleasurable. This is the newest vintage of Muller’s Austrian Zweigelt rose, bright and steely. Zweigelt is the popular red wine of Austria, and once again, the Müller estate has crafted a handsome rosé that offers a bit of a departure from the typical Mediterranean rosés that dominate the season. With a pretty, light pink hue, the wine is fresh and flavorful, with bright acidity and a steely finish. The flavors hint toward saline and a buttermilky finish, probably from its malolactic fermentation.
Appellation: Niederösterreich, Austria
Grapes: 100% Zweigelt – ABV 12%
Tasting notes: Tastes like summer and good vibes. Our Rosé dances lightly in the glass, with fresh wild strawberry aromas. Crafted with care at our family estate, it’s a Rosé made to enjoy—fresh, lively, and full of character.
Pairing: This Rosé is best enjoyed well chilled at 8–10°C. It pairs beautiful as an aperitif, with light starters, fresh salads, grilled vegetables, or delicate fish dishes. Equally refreshing on its own, it’s perfect for relaxed, enjoyable moments.

Cascina Vèngore Arneis
Cascina Vèngore is a natural amphitheater in the heart of Terre Alfieri (Piemonte), a small DOCG representing the ideal synthesis of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. A realm of biodiversity with 100% organic cultivation, which embraces 26 hectares in one single plot around a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse. Cascina Vèngore is a dream started from 3 indigenous varieties with infinite potential: Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Arneis. The vinification practices follow the Piedmontese tradition (steel, amphora, and large wood barrels), with minimal intervention.
Appellation: Terre Alfieri DOCG Arneis, Italy
Grapes: 100% Estate Vidal Blanc – ABV 12%
Tasting notes: Brilliant yellow color, with fresh, minerally aromas evoking notes of white peach, citrus and grapefruit. Striking freshness and a subtle sapidity on the palate. The slight almondy note in the finish is typical of the grape variety.
Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and very good with fish and vegetarian dishes.

Cantine Grasso Nerello Mascallese
Founded in 1887, five generations have farmed these vineyards in Milazzo of northeast Sicily. Today, Alessio, along with his sons Tullio and Carmelo, passionately remain committed to preserving tradition and skill, while utilizing sustainable practices and modern methods to produce quality wines consistently from year to year. All grapes are grown organically without chemical treatments and only vegetal fertilizers are used in the vineyards. The light and warmth of the Sicilian sun, together with the light coastal breeze and the beneficial temperature ranges, allow grapes to gradually ripen up to the moment of hand-harvesting, giving the wines pleasantly rounded notes and full expression.
Appellation: IGP Terre Siciliane, Italy
Grapes: 100% Nerello Mascalese – ABV 11%
Tasting notes: Clear, bright, ruby red. On the nose it expresses decisive and sophisticated notes of small red fruits, raspberries and peaches, enveloped by intense nuances of nutmeg and black pepper, framed with the more delicate scent of rose petals. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, the wine is considerably persistence, showing personality through the balance of its components.
Pairing: A wine whose character can allow the most audacious matchings with dishes of similar character. Game, dishes with truffles, fish with complex sauces, cheese and salamis.

In Situ Carmenère
In Situ Family Vineyards was founded in 1974 by José Vicente. After 20 years dedicated to grape production, he and his son Horacio decided to renovate the vineyards and build a modern winery, in order to complete the cycle and produce high-quality wines in the Aconcagua Valley. With extensive knowledge of both vineyards and winemaking, Horacio Vicente studied Oenology at the University of Bordeaux and worked in France – at Château Mouton Rothschild and Mouton Cadet – and in the United States, at one of California’s first boutique wineries – Chalone Vineyards. These experiences undoubtedly contributed to the oenological excellence of Viña San Esteban and have resulted in numerous international awards.
Appellation: Aconcagua Valley, Chile
Grapes: 95% Carmenère, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon – ABV 13%
Tasting notes: Deep red in color. Dark cherries, cumin, black pepper and cedar aromas. Plenty of polished oak and subtle herbal notes, with well-integrated tannins create a long and elegant finish.
Pairing: A flattering wine that will bring out the best in a honey roasted ham or pork in a mustard sauce.
