Prosecco Primo V – NV
Italy is a wine country with enormous variety and is one of the largest and finest wine producing countries in the world. Veneto is the largest of Italy’s 20 wine regions. Treviso is located about 50 kilometers north of Venice. The vineyards are in a favorable geographical position with soil particularly suitable for cultivating vines. The winery uses the latest production methods with state-of-the-art equipment.
Appellation: Prosecco Di Treviso, Veneto, Italy
Grapes: 100% Glera, ABV 11%
Tasting notes: Crisp & creamy, with a delicate nose of apple, pear, citrus, hawthorn & floral notes. Complex flavors of white fruits on the palate, with bright acid, velvety texture & a persistent finish. Kosher.

Vernaccia di San Gimignano
Casa alle Vacche is situated a few kilometers from San Gimignano, surrounded by the wonderful landscape offered by the Tuscan country, in a particularly good area for the cultivation of the vines and olives. Character, heart and soul of our wines are explained by their birth in the distant past, from a “family” concept of the vineyard, the attention dedicated at every stage: from the care of the grapes, the harvest, and culminating in the winemaking.
Appellation: San Gimignano (Siena), Italy
Grapes: 100% Vernaccia, ABV 12.5%
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow with greenish hues, with a fine, penetrating with scents of wild flowers and bitter almonds. Its has a taste of dry, harmonious, pleasantly fruity with a subtle base of peach kernel.
Pairing: As an aperitif with hors d’oeuvres, white meats and fish. We highly recommend serving with: “Panzanella”, fresh Cacio and pasta with fish sauce.

“Autin Lungh” Dogliani
The Eraldo Revelli family farm, located in South Piedmont, is deeply immersed within the quiet and verdant hills of Langhe, in the enchanting surroundings of Belvedere Langhe – just a few miles from Dogliani. Since its foundation in 1930 by Eraldo’s father, the love for nature, the secrets of vine growing and the art of winemaking are being handed down from father to son.
Appellation: Cuneo, Italia
Grapes: Dolcetto
Tasting notes: Of a deep purple color, it has a fruity and spicy nose – with a distinct berrylike finish – and a smooth, rich and balanced flavor.

Chianti Colli Fiorentini
The Marzocco Farm is located in the Chianti Colli Fiorentini on the hill of Poppiano (300 m), a beautiful medieval town with its historic castle. Located opposite, our farm sits side on the crest of the hill overlooking San Casciano in Val di Pesa noted for its soil rich local Tuscan rock. The family business was founded in 1975, when Alberto Chini and his wife Meri Lori bought the Marzocco, Pretale and La Massa farms from the Conti Guicciardini Corsi Salviati family, whose name was changed over the years.
Appellation: Poppiano – Montespertoli – Toscana, Italy
Grapes: 90% Sangiovese , 10% Canaiolo
Tasting notes: A deep ruby red color with purple rim. Red berries, blueberry and violet on the nose. Very fruity on the palate with a long finish. Body is balanced by firm tannins and crisp acidity.
