Les Cordeliers ‘Exclusive’ Brut Crémant de Bordeaux

Since 1892, the Cordeliers have been producing a light scented sparkling wine well known for its effervescent, delicate nature. Our production is the symbol of our ancestral know-how and the fruit of a constant quality ambition. The “Cordeliers” name came from the religious order of Saint-Francis – the Franciscans- who wear a heavy knotted rope that falls almost to their feet around their brown cloaks. They were also known as the “Cordeliers” (Corde Liés – Attached Ropes). It is made with a traditional method starting from Sémillon, one of the most common white grape varieties in the Bordeaux region.
Grapes: 100% Sémillon – ABV 12.5%
Tasting notes: A pale-yellow hue and very fine bubbles. Aromas of peaches, stone fruit, citrus, hazelnut, and delicate white flowers grace the nose, promising a delightful experience. On the palate, it delivers a pleasing blend of citrus notes and a subtle green character.
Pairings: Aperitif, it goes well with seafood, grilled fish or veal. Recommended with canapés, canapés and appetizers.

Chateau Reynaud Lacoste Blanc ~ 2022

Château Reynaud Lacoste has been in the family for six generations. Benoit Lacoste took over the family business in 2010 and now manages 125 hectares situated in Cessac, 25 miles east of Bordeaux. Lacoste has been certified HVE III since 2017 and is dedicated to reducing its carbon footprint and increasing biodiversity. The history of the name is relatively straightforward: Reynaud was the name of the place where Benoit’s parents lived when they were active. Lacoste is our name, and so Château Reynaud Lacoste.

Grapes: 100% Sémillon – Stainless steel & concrete tanks
Tasting notes: Pale yellow with green reflections. A nose of citrus and floral notes. Lively and aromatic on the palate, slightly sappy (fat). Long finish. Good balance for this elegant wine, dominated by fresh fruit and a mineral note.
Producer: Chateau Reynaud Lacoste / France, Bordeaux

Chateau Saint-Loubert Bordeaux Graves ~ 2018

Family estate, which used to do mixed farming in the 2nd and 3rd of the 20th century. Agnés and Arnaud Garbay have managed the vineyard since 2004, when the operation was taken over, which was once a tobacco factory. The wine-growing hamlet has one of the oldest character residences in the region, whose mullioned window bears witness to its origins, as well as the coats of arms engraved in the stone of the building’s chimneys. The Architecture of the 15th century refers to these staircases housed in a tower, typical of the time, you will be able to discover it by coming to the property. Loubert has been producing a nice, modern and very affordable wine for many years. Graves wines are very balanced and elegant.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby color. Nose of red fruits and notes of licorice. On the mouth the wine is clear, showing freshness and intensity. Very nice wine with persistent aromas.
