Corvee Sauvignon Blanc ~ 2023
Corvée is a winegrowing project that aims to give voice to a specific territory, the Cembra Valley, and to valorise the specificity of grapes rich in character, cultivated with hard work, wresting land from the raw mountainside with terraces supported by centuries- old dry-stone walls. The Cembra valley is an austere land where heroic viticulture is at its best, between two unique and irreproducible UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Bisù is a Sauvignon Blanc with singular characters. The vineyard is located in the municipality of Altavalle at an altitude of 602 m, where it enjoys a warm, dry microclimate that is particularly favorable for cultivating Sauvignon Blanc. The soil, of volcanic origin, is particularly dry, draining, and rich in minerals, which favor the “smoky” component of the wine.
Appellation: Trentino D.O.C., Italy
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, ABV 12%.
Tasting notes: A delicate bouquet of elderflower, lychee, mango, and exotic fruit in general. Drinkable, fresh, almost thirst-quenching.

Septima Reserva Malbec ~ 2023
Séptima Obra is a collection of wines by Bodega Séptima that aim to showcase the value of the grape varieties from which they are derived, refining themselves with each passing year. Our origins lie within a winery model that was pivotal for Argentine viticulture. We share similar characteristics with many establishments dating back to the beginning of the 21st century. These characteristics have contributed to the industry’s prestige and diversity: European heritage and know-how, our own vineyards, the production of premium wines, and a deep respect for the terroir.
Appellation: Mendoza, Argentina
Grapes: 100% Malbec – ABV 14.9%
Tasting notes: A deep-red wine with violet shades of great aromatic complexity, shaped by the various terroirs and ripening times. On the nose, a scent of fresh fruit predominates, reminiscent of blackberries, cherries, plums, and strawberries, and, after a few minutes in the wineglass, hints of tomato leaf appear. On the palate, this wine is remarkably full-bodied, sweet, and silky.
Pairings: This is great with lean grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and hard cheeses.
Producer: Bodegas Septima
