Empordà Pipa Blanc – 2020 [Certified Organic]
La Vinyeta is a small vineyard and olive farm located in the heart of the Empordà, in Mollet de Peralada. It is a young, family company that is the fruit of effort and ambition. In 2009, La Vinyeta became one of the first wineries to adopt Integrated Production, an environmentally friendly cultivation system. La Vinyeta collaborates with the Mona Foundation to create wines in the conservation of primates. This organization is dedicated to the custody and recovery of animals, mainly chimpanzees and macaques. The “Pipa” is one of their Barbary macaques.
Appellation: Catalonia, Spain
Grapes: 100% Malvasia, ABV 12%
Tasting notes: Pale yellow color with greenish hues. On the palate, white flowers and elder flowers dominate. Also, ripe mango, pineapple. Sugary gummy candies and subtle citrus notes of lemon peel at the end. Light, refreshing, and vibrant on the palate.

Viladellops Xarello [Certified Organic]
Viladellops Xarel·lo was born to stand out and make things stand out. Its yellow-green color and its full and fatty taste seek to go outside the box and offer you a different experience. Xarel·lo is a fresh wine with notes of white fruits and aniseeds. Finca Viladellops is located next to the castle of Olèrdola, in the Garraf Massif wine region, in the Penedès, 45 km from Barcelona. A certified organic winery, with 60 Ha of its vineyards, cultivated with the indigenous Xarel·lo and Grenache varieties.

Tasting notes: This wine is yellow greenish color. Very subtle and elegant aroma, notes with lightly creamy of fine lees and aniseed-flavored (fennel) with shades of white fruit (pear). In mouth it is full and oily, with a good fruit-bearing expression, postnasal aniseed-flavored.

Garnatxa Negra [Certified Organic]
The land and the vineyard are the most essential part of Finca Viladellops, which is why we cannot imagine carrying out our work in the field without a sustainable and ecological vision. We live for and with nature and the vineyard that imbues our history with meaning. The main purpose of Finca Viladellops wines is to convey the authenticity and history of its surroundings. The 60 hectares of own vineyards are certified as 100% organic by the Catalan Council of Organic Production (CCPAE).
Appellation: Penedès, Catalonia, Spain
Grapes: 100% Garnatxa Negra, ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: Of a medium-layer cherry red with a violet rim. With a nose of fresh, intense, and red fruit notes. On the palate find medium-bodied, well-balanced, fruity, and with sweet tannins finishing with persistent, flavorful, and rich in aromas.

Nucerro Rioja Gran Reserva ~ 2018
Bodegas Olarra is located on the outskirts of Logroño, in the heart of the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin and within the highly regarded sub-area of Rioja Alta. Since its establishment in 1973, Olarra has been noted for the beauty and complexity of its unique premises thanks to its Y-shaped ground plan and its 111 hexagonal domes. Bodegas Olarra is commonly known as the Cathedral of Rioja. This winery tastefully merges cutting edge wine-related technologies with the traditional winemaking methods of La Rioja, and as a result, it creates wines with the strictest parameters of quality.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby color with iodine tones. On the nose, the complexity of the aromas developed during bottle aging, the bouquet stands out. It’s a showcase of aromas that unfold after the wine is decanted; balsamic, spicy, smoky notes. Red and black fruits lingers in the retro-nasal passage. The entry on the palate is smooth and seamless.
