SOAVE DOC “IL SELESE” ~ 2024
I Stefanini winery, established in 2003, specializes in steel-aged, aromatic white wines that feature the Garganega grape, an indigenous varietal of the Soave region. Owned and operated by the Tessari family, the winery was named after distant ancestor Stefano Tessari, whose family began experimenting with agriculture and grape cultivation as far back as 1800.
Appellation: Località Peraro, Monteforte d’Alpone (VR)
Grapes: 100% Garganega – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: The colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is delicate and flowery, with notes of elderberry and hawthorn, together with juicy sensations of ripe peach, apricot, and tropical fruits. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, and smooth with a pleasant long mineral finish.
Pairings: Perfect with first light dishes and second dishes of fish and vegetables.

Trebbiano d`Abruzzo Baldovino DOC ~ 2022
Tenuta I Fauri is situated in the heart of the province of Chieti, the southernmost province of Abruzzo, nestled among the hills that descend from the Maiella to the Adriatic Sea.

Tasting notes: This white wine has hints of apple and flowers with a touch of almond.

Tasting notes: Marked by elegance, the great wine of Chateau Toulouze is made from a selection of our best Merlots from the finest gravel soils. The colour is intense and luminous with ruby hues. Black fruits and spices characterise its aromatic richness. On the palate, a subtly woody structure brings complexity and balance. This wine is easy to drink and can be enjoyed now or kept for a few years.
