ONE of ONE is different. After hundreds of experiments over 18 months, Winemaker Paul Scotto created Paul’s Vine to Bottle Process, a revolutionary way to make alcohol removed wines that taste like….WINE! It starts in the vineyard and includes proprietary equipment that uses a gentle vacuum process to remove the alcohol and lasts no more than 19 seconds at 74°. The result is a glass full of flavor that’s free from alcohol and just 10-18 calories per 5 ounce serving.

Tasting notes: Aromas of apples and stone fruit, with more subtle notes of honey. Tastes of lemon, crisp pear, and lighter notes of brioche or almond pastry. Bubbles are small and tight, giving the wine a pleasant, carbonated lift. Enjoy chilled.

Tasting notes: Fresh and vibrant dark red-purple hue with lofty aromas of ripe red fruits and wild berries. Fragrant hints of crushed violets, lavender, allspice, sandalwood, and roasted nuts. Fruit-driven flavors of briary blackberry, raspberry coulis, boysenberry, ripe cherry, and dark plum are layered with nuances of chocolate truffle, black pepper, cardamom, clove, and a light touch of toasted oak.
