Le Petit Béret was born from a singular ambition: to bring the world’s finest vineyards to all types of customers, through the power of 100% natural, organic, and alcohol-free beverages. After 5 years of R&D, we came up with a true technological revolution: a completely alcohol-free alternative to be shared and enjoyed by all.
Blanc de Blancs [Vegan friendly]
The sparkling Blanc de Blancs has a dry profile with fine bubbles par excellence. An aromatic blend containing less than 4g of sugar per 100ml, this alcohol-free Blanc de Blancs offers a healthy alternative.
Ingredients: Grape infusion (water, grape extract), grape juice (19%), natural flavorings, acidifiers: citric acid, malic acid, flavoring, concentrate (apple, safflower), carbon dioxide.
Tasting notes: Delicate bubbles ripple through its pale yellow, straw-colored hues. Its nose is floral, boasting fine notes of fresh fruit, and fresh apple, as well as subtle hints of yeast, mushroom, truffle, undergrowth, toast, and fresh butter. The palate is full of freshness, balance, and lively, fruity flavors. The bubbles gracefully fit into the equation by prolonging the blend’s persistence.
Pairings: Apéritif. Or with baked scallops & sesame seeds, John Dory fillets in beurre blanc sauce, or a Paris-Brest dessert.

Ingredients: Grape seed infusion (water, grape seeds), grape juice (19%), natural flavorings, citric acid, malic acid, coloring foodstuff (concentrates of carrot, blueberry), carbon dioxide.
Tasting notes: A sparkling pale pink color, the nose entices with its aromas of citrus fruit, pink grapefruit, lighter smoky, mineral notes, and fine fresh floral touches. The palate is pleasant and voluptuous, invigorated by a beautiful vivacity that gives way to fruity flavors of fresh red fruits and citrus fruits, enveloping the structure to give an intense yet elegant experience.
Pairings: As an aperitif, with a salad with tomatoes and smoked salmon, poached trout with citrus fruits, a steak of roasted tuna and candied tomatoes, or a veal chop with rosemary. With red fruit desserts, a cherry clafoutis. Gariguette strawberry soup or thyme sorbet.

Domaine Le Penchant ~ 2020
Grapes: 100% Roussanne – ABV 12.5%
Tasting notes: A brilliant, gleaming green gold wine with generous aromas of delicate white flowers, apricot, and pineapple, accompanied by peppermint and star anise. In the mouth, the volume and depth of this Roussanne is striking. It opens with delicate white fruit such as white peach, pear, and nectarine, with a fine tension that continues with preserved lemon and pink grapefruit to finish on mint and wild aniseed.

Vieux Carignan La Fabrique ~ 2021
Grapes: 100 % Carignan – ABV 14.5%
Tasting notes: Rich purple in color with a mature, opulent nose that embraces red fruit such as pomegranate and redcurrant and notes of fresh grape juice, followed by the spiciness of laurel and juniper berry before finishing with a hint of flint. In the mouth it is beautifully fresh, opening with strawberry, fig, and blueberry, and finishing with nuances of curry and white pepper. The tannins are enveloping, fine, elegant, and persistent.
