Bianchello Del Metauro DOC ~ 2022 [Certified Organic]

Crespaia is a fantasy name. It is an image that encompasses the essence of our territory and of our winery: it speaks of the encounter between the “Crespa” of the wave, which refreshes us, and the farmer’s “Aia”, which welcomes and embraces us.
Grapes: Bianchello 100% – ABV 13 %
Tasting notes: Light straw color with a nose of delicate, white flowers and citrus fruits. The finish is crisp, refreshing, and well-balanced.
Pairings: This is the perfect companion for traditional Greek dishes based on fish or feta. Marries well with fried or grilled squid, octopus, and sardines without overpowering their delicate flavors.
Producer: Crespaia / Appellation: Marche Region, Italy (9800 btls)

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC ~ 2022

The Vicari farm is a small family-run business of Nazzareno and his two children Vico and Valentina, located in Morro D’Alba. The Vicaris were “those of the good well” because in their district there was and still is a large well from which all the inhabitants drew drinking water. Today in every bottle and label, this story is remembered enclosed in the writing that characterizes all the “Del Pozzo Buono” wines and in the company logo that depicts a stylization of the ancient shape of the large historic well.
Grapes: Verdicchio 100% – ABV 14 %
Tasting notes: Straw color with greenish reflections. It has elegant aromas ranging from citrus fruits, and peach, to tropical fruit which we also find on the palate, fresh, savory with a long-tasting persistence. It is dry, soft, and full-bodied with an excellent balance and a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Pairings:  We’d pair with stockfish, shellfish, cheese, including mature ones, and white meats.
Producer: Morro d’Alba / Appellation: Morro d’Alba (AN) – Italy

Lacrima di Morro d’Alba DOC ~ 2022

In 1990 Vicari Nazzareno bottled his first 200 bottles of Verdicchio and Lacrima, making tangible the long tradition of wine already so deep in his family. In 2000 his son Vico, and after a few years the daughter Valentina, helped their father Nazzareno to give continuity to this passion. The company follows with extreme attention to the wines from the vineyard to the winemaking process at all stages, always going in search of the highest quality, also obtained thanks to low yields per hectare and thinning controlled.
Grapes: Lacrima di Morro d’Alba 100% – ABV 15.5 %
Tasting notes: Very intense ruby red color, with violet reflections, expresses enveloping scents reminiscent of the forest’s fruits. It is a wine with an exceptional extractive consistency, with a pleasant and dry taste,.
Pairings: Roast red meat or oven-cooked white meat and first courses.
Producer: Vacari / Appellation: Morro d’Alba (AN) – Italy

Casal del Piano ~ 2022

Tenuta dell’Ugolino is in the Marche region in the town of Castelplanio. Our vines are hand-harvested. The age of the vines is about 15 years. Owned by the Petrini family, the company started in 1980 as a traditional agricultural business. Over the years, it evolved the winemaking into the principal activity of the farm. With a total of 8 hectares planted in grape vines, we realize a high-quality production through meticulous care of the vines and constant monitoring.
Grapes: Montepulciano 60%, Sangiovese 40% – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: Bright ruby color with intense floral and vinous notes. A dry and freshly pleasant taste.
Pairings: Goes well with many foods, including meat dishes, pasta, and vegetables.
Producer: Tenuta dell’Ugolino / Appellation: Rosso Piceno DOC, Marche, Italy
