Treveri Cellars Blanc de Blancs Brut [91 points – Wine Spectator, 90 points – Wine Enthusiast]

One of Treveri’s flagship wines, the Blanc de Blancs Brut is the wine that launched the brand back in 2010. Made in the Méthode Traditionnelle style, the Brut forges old world methods together with new world fruit, making this wine one that shouldn’t be missed. Grapes are carefully selected from the Pleasant vineyard in the Yakima Valley, ensuring high quality throughout the winemaking process.

Grapes: Chardonnay 100% – ABV 12 %
Tasting notes: Green apple and a hint of brioche balanced by bright acid and a palate with a touch of yeast for a cool, crisp finish.
Pairings: Oysters on the half-shell, Grilled chicken breast with citrus glaze, Mustard-glazed black cod.
Producer: Treveri Cellars/ Appellation: Yakima Valley AVA, Washington

The Jack Sauvignon Blanc ~ 2023

Saviah Cellars was founded in 2000 by Richard and Anita Funk in the heart of the Walla Walla Valley of southeastern Washington. Saviah is a family name from Anita’s great-grandmother, a schoolteacher, artist and author, who settled in western Montana in the early 1900s. Saviah has been growing and producing world-class wines that are true expressions of the terroir and unique characteristics of each vineyard. The fruit is sourced mainly from the Walla Walla Valley
Grapes: 84% Sauvignon Blanc 84%, Viognier 16% – ABV 13.1 %
Tasting notes: The Jack Sauvignon Blanc is your best bet for a delicious, refreshing Washington State summer sipper. Sauvignon Blanc brings the rich citrus and melon while the Viognier rounds out the mouthfeel and lends a bit of an apricot and floral component.
Pairings: As an aperitif or goes well with halibut, scallops, salmon with fresh dill, goat cheese, herb driven Asian cuisine.

Two Mountain* Rose ~ 2022

Two Mountain Winery is inspired by the majestic views of Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier which serve as the backdrop of Copeland Vineyard. It’s a simple moniker that reflects our minimalistic approach to growing and making wine with a proud nod to the incredible valley in which we farm. It is Washington State’s first certified sustainable vineyard and is committed to making the right decisions for our land, our planet, and our customers. The vineyard grows these grapes specifically to produce the rose.

Two Mountain* Hidden Horse Red Blend ~ 2023

We like to joke that four generations of Yakima Valley farming pulsing through our veins predisposed us to dirty fingernails and an inherent love of the land, but it really is the truth. We love this life, and we’re lucky to have it. Our wines are 100% Estate grown, produced, and bottled.
Grapes: Cabernet 48%, Merlot 40%, Syrah 7%, Cabernet Franc 3%, Malbec 2% – ABV 13.9 % (5,784 cases)
Tasting notes: It opens with rich aromas of dark fruits, tobacco and white pepper followed by flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and vanilla, framed in toasty oak.
Pairings: Excellent to pair with dishes such as steak, lamb chops, and roast beef. It will also go great with grilled vegetables like bell peppers, eggplant, mushrooms, and zucchini.
