JACOBUS Pinot blanc
The vineyard’s luxuriant territory is characterized by a microclimate consisting of mild winters and hot summers, yet which are not excessively humid, an ideal environment not only for the cultivation of grape vines but also for olive and citrus fruit trees. Our wine originates precisely from this location, from the Valtenesi Controlled Designation of Origin wine-producing area, where for generations, our family, with passion and love for its homeland, has dedicated itself to the cultivation of grapevines.
Appellation: Cantrina district of Bedizzole, Garda, Italy
Grapes: 90% Pinot blanc, 10% Chardonnay – ABV 13%
Tasting notes: Bright straw-yellow. Good intensity, clean, fruity with hints of exotic fruits, intensity, clean, soft, harmonic.
Pairings: First-course and white meat dishes, delicate condiments.

La Meridiana Riviera del Garda Chiaretto, Rosé ~ [Organic]
The La Meridiana winery has been in the oil and wine sector for many generations and has always been a family-run business. Nowadays the cousins Fabio and Roberto bring a breath of fresh air and euphoria to the farm to manage the winery. Nevertheless, they are still assisted by their fathers Augusto and Fulvio, who have more than half a century of experience in this field. The 8-hectare winery has grapes exclusively for wine production and olives for olive oil.
Appellation: Garda, Italy
Grapes: Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: A pale and nice pink color which recalls the elegance of roses, an explosion of red berries on the nose, pleasant and elegant on the palate, with a harmonic minerality that keeps encouraging a second sip.
Pairings: Very versatile. Fish in sauce, Poultry in cream sauce, White meat, zucchini soufflé with goat cheese, foie gras and apple chutney, Asian cuisine
Aging: 5 months in stainless steel tank, released on Valentine’s Day.

Picchioni ‘Solinghino’ Buttafuoco DOC
Picchioni Andrea is a ten-hectare plot of land located in the small Solinga Valley on a hilly slope that faces south and on which deep veins of loose, even pebbly soil climb on prohibitive slopes. The endless days of summer radiation provide the bunches with all the energy needed for adequate maturation, contending with the vine for every drop of rain.
Appellation: Lombardy, Italy
Grapes: Croatina, Barbera and Ughetta di Solinga – ABV 14.3%
Tasting notes: Bright ruby red color with violet highlights. Nose with dog rose and wild fruits notes, and freshly harvested hay hints. Well-rounded, velvety, and harmonious on palate. Long finish.
Pairings: A very food-friendly wine, it’s great with bold-flavored pasta or risotto and roasted meat
Aging: Stainless steel tanks, then stored horizontally in a dark cellar for some months before release.

GRIPPO Benaco I.G.P
Grippo comes from the vineyard bearing the same name as the hillside area representing the tradition of the PGI Benaco from Brescia. The hills face South/East at an elevation of 190 m. above sea level. It is situated in an inland area near the shores of Lake Garda.
Appellation: Cantrina district of Bedizzole, Garda, Italy
Grapes: 70% Merlot, 30% Sangiovese – ABV 14%
Tasting notes: Ruby red with garnet tones. Intense, clean, complex character with hints of blueberry, spices and vanilla. A strong, pleasant, clean taste and appropriate tannic structure having a long persistence
Pairings: Cold cuts, strong-flavored dishes, red meat.
Aging: Maturation and fining in French oak barrique barrels for at least 24 months. Bottled 3 years after harvesting.
