Chenin Blanc – South Africa’s Signature Wine
Join us for an Italian vertical tasting of Brunello di Montalcino. This is a unique tasting experience featuring different vintages of the same wine from the same producer – Querce Bettina. Brunello has strict regulations for production, including place (only from the small hilltop town of Montalcino in Tuscany), grape (must be 100% Sangiovese Grosso, a special clone), aging (minimum of 5 years total, with a minimum of 2 years in a wooden barrel), and winemaking (including bottle style).
Taste Five-Vintage Brunello di Montalcino (2008, 2011, 2018. 2019, 2020)
Enjoy Sophisticated hors d’oeuvres to accompany the wines from Chef Lou Swartz (@loupdeloudotcom).
