Spring Forth & Bloom: A Yin Yoga & Wine Experience

Wine-down and shake off the stillness of winter and step into the gentle unfolding of spring.
Join us for a nourishing 60-minute yin yoga session designed to help you open, soften, and bloom from within. A candlelight yoga, led by Leslie Bost of rē-LĒS, les IS More. Bring your mat and join us at 6 pm for a restorative yin practice at Cellar Door Wine Shop.
Following the yoga session, enjoy a glass of wine from Cellar Door’s collection as you unwind and fellowship with the other participants.
