Liquid History: The Querce Bettina Brunello Retrospective
August 2 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Join us for an Italian vertical tasting of Brunello di Montalcino. This is a unique tasting experience of different years’ productions of the same wine from the same producer – Querce Bettina. Brunello has strict regulations for production, including place (only from the small hilltop town of Montalcino in Tuscany), grape (must be 100% Sangiovese Grosso, a special clone), aging (minimum of 5 years total, with a minimum of 2 years in wood barrel), and winemaking (including bottle style).
There will be five vintage wines at this event. Sophisticated hors d’oeuvres to accompany the wines provided by Chef Lou Swartz (@loupdeloudotcom)
