Treveri Blanc de Blancs

Treveri opened its doors on November 23, 2010, with a mission to put Washington sparkling wine on the map. Since its opening, Treveri wine has been served at White House State Department receptions and the James Beard Foundation in New York. Producing a wide array of sparkling wines, Treveri largely focuses on 100% varietal sparkling wines and is also launching a reserve tier of sparkling wine. They are committed to ensuring we have sustainable farming and winemaking processes. Caring for our common home is extremely important to us, and we’re proud to be farming all of our estate fruit organically, and providing natural pollination and habitat buffers.
Appellation: Yakima Valley AVA, Columbia Valley, WA
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting notes: Green apple and a hint of brioche are balanced by bright acid and a touch of yeast on the palate for a cool, crisp finish.
Pairing: Oysters on the half-shell, grilled chicken breast with citrus glaze, mustard-glazed black cod.

Son d Sol ~ 2024

Limited edition, each cork contains a sentence about music and wine relationships. The winery was built by a father and two sons (fourth and fifth generation of wine growers) united by their love for a mother: Marisol Rubio. A family brand. It belongs to the name of a mother, a loving, detail-oriented, sensitive woman committed to giving her best. A brand launched in 2018. A tribute to the person it is named after. Her joy, her drive, and her passion for life are what inspired her creation. For both the logo and the brand lettering, we have used our mother’s own signature, as it reflects her personality and distinction.

Appellation: La Rizosa, Villanueva de Alcardete (Toledo), Spain
Grapes: 100% Pedro Ximénez – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: A clear and brilliant straw color with gold pale hues. A nose of basil and mountain moss with notes of breadcrumbs and lime peel that recall its youth and freshness. The taste is a dry approach with a lively acidity that brings joy and freshness to the palate with a silky texture. The end expresses a certain enveloping bitterness that lengthens the aftertaste and makes a very versa le drink from a gastronomic perspective. After swallowing, the wine delivers fine flavors of yellow fruit mixed with pink grapefruit skin
Pairing: Ideal with snacks, crudités with mayonnaise, short aged cheeses, sushi, salads or vegetable woks. For main dishes try lightly seasoned grilled fish, spaghetti frutti di mare, traditional rice dishes as paella or fideuá -noodles with fish.

Christophe and Sabrina Durand have created a space to nurture and showcase wines that express terroir, honor tradition, and exude elegance. Tasting notes: This range is all about Freshness, balance and great drinkability. Smooth and elegant, this fresh wine is bursting with summer fruit flavours, complex and easily enjoyable at the same time. The nose of wild berries and fresh white peaches is complemented by a touch of spices.

La Despensa “Pool Blend” ~ 2024

Our wines are grown on over a land area of 1.36 hectares and includes half a hectare of organic Cinsault and Grenache vineyards. On it we have our own organically managed vineyard in Santa Ana, Colchagua foothills of the Andes, and from a historic vineyard in Pumanque, which is a marvel, with vines at least 120 years old, and probably more.
Appellation: Colchagua Valley, Chile
Grapes: 65% Cinsault, 20% Pais, 15% Grenache – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: This IS – Summer in a bottle! Fresh and light, perfect for an aperitif or a hot summer day. It’s an ultra-versatile wine that pairs well with any meal, from salads to red meat.
