Moser Teroldego ~ 2022

Maso Warth is surrounded by the historic bishop’s estate and its magnificent amphitheater of vineyards on the hills to the north of Trento. The Sorni vineyard, which has been in the family for decades, represents our best terroir for producing wholesome and well-balanced Teroldego grapes from long-lasting vines. The hand-picked grapes are destemmed and then cold macerated around three weeks. The wine is aged in barriques for 8 months and then bottled.

Appellation: Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego, Trento, Italy

Grapes: Teroldego 100% – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: Intense red color with purplish highlights. Notes of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry, blueberry). The palate is tannic with a dry body, slightly savory.

Aging:
After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and ageing in oak barrels. Bottle-ageing for 3 months.

Solèr ~ 2020

“Solèr” is a word of the Venetian dialect and means the top floor of a rural house: a loft, a barn. Historically it was used by the grape growers to dry their best grapes, since in the “solèr” there is a good ventilation, a low humidity and it is sunny. In fact, the word “solèr” comes from “sole”, which is sun in Italian, that contributes to dry the grapes.
