Embruns de Viognier ~ 2022

Aromatic and balanced, this Viognier is refreshing and perfect with grilled seafood, sushi, and creamy flavorful dishes. Great for sipping!
Grapes: 100% Viognier
Tasting notes: Yellow with golden highlights. A nose of intense apricot and tangerine with a hint of vanilla. Voluptuous, fresh fruit scents of apricot, peach, and citrus with a zingy fruit finish that is long and lush.
Pairings: This white is an excellent complement to seafood and sushi. Cheese (gorgonzola), Chicken, Turkey.

Brise de Grenache Rosé ~ 2022

This rosé is a pure expression of fruit with a zingy freshness at the end. It happily accompanies a variety of cooking styles, even spicy foods.
Grapes: 85% Grenache, 10% Syrah & 5% Mourvèdre
Tasting notes: Visible pale rose petals with beautiful blue highlights. On the nose is a concert of fresh red fruits (strawberry, cassis, red currant). Crisp and juicy, with a lively, lingering finish.

Pairings: Very versatile, enjoy it with international food. Goat or sheep cheeses. Chicken, sausage, pork, shrimp, and sardines.

Fleur de Syrah ~ 2021

With its silky texture and bright aromas of fresh fruit, this Syrah will go with a wide array of red meats, stews, and spicy dishes. Chock full of violet, spiced red fruits, bacon, and hints of flowers, its soft, lush palate marries a wide range of food, from barbecue to spicy international fare. Delicious and hard to put down.
Grapes: 95% Syrah & 5% Grenache – 13.5% ABV
Tasting notes:  A dark ruby color gives way to an elegant and intense alluring nose that is rich in violet, blood orange, pepper & licorice with “garrigue” spices. Its taste is rich and harmonious, and the complexities of the aromas play out progressively. Its fresh finish with hints of red fruits and rhubarb reveals delicate and superbly ripe tannins.
Pairings: Cheddar or Roquefort cheese. Stewed, roasted, or braised game, lamb, beef or tuna steak, salmon. Savory mushrooms. Great with black forest fruit or rhubarb pies.
Aging: Enjoy now or cellar 5-7 years – Decant one hour before and serve at 65°F

Nostre Païs Red ~ 2020 [90 pts – Jeb Dunnuck 2023]

This wine is an expression of the search for elegance, purity and minerality. It is a complex blend of five grape varieties produced on our most calcareous soils. Displays beautiful dark and intense colors, and very fresh fruit with a lot of finesse. Mastery of blending and aging will be decisive in expressing the quintessence of a vintage making it accessible.
Grapes:
  60% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 15% Syrah & 5% Carignan – ABV 15%
Tasting notes: A deep red with violet highlights. With a nose that is pure and complex, the black fruit, cherry, and hot stones, are released with a bit of aeration. Its dense & velvety body fills the palate and reveals notes of cacao, dried herbs, and pencil lead. The fresh and fruity finish is heightened by mineral notes and fine tannins.
Pairings: Roasted, Braised, or Grilled Veal, Lamb, Duck, Ratatouille, White Beans. Dark Chocolate, Praline desserts
Aging:
12-month barrel aging in 2-to-3-yr-old French oak for 50% of the volume. Enjoy now or cellar up to 5 years
