Arca Nova Rosé ~ 2025
Quinta das Arcas was founded on the early eighties by Esteves Monteiro following a deep work of restructuration of the family vineyards initiated a decade before with a strong focus on the land consolidation and the implementation of modern agriculture. After 1985 the company was set up to bottle the wines already produced, putting on the market the first Arca Nova wines. Produced from the Espadeiro variety, this wine defines a new concept rosé. The red fruit and berries aromas, blended with the freshness and lightness only possible in a Vinho Verde, make this a very special rosé.
Appellation: Vinho Verde Doc, Portugal
Grapes: Padeiro, Touriga Nacional, Vinhão – ABV 10.5%
Tasting notes: Clear and bright framboise color. Fresh and young aromas. Strawberries and raspberries crushed into currant with generous lime drops. Nice structure and a good balance between alcohol and acidity. The light fizz enhances the wine freshness.
Pairing: This is a great wine to enjoy as an aperitif. With a meal, it pairs very well with fish dishes, grilled white meat or even a salad. Perfect pairing with Japanese food or chicken piri-piri.

Walla Walla Sangiovese ~ 2022
In 1995, when Walla Walla Valley was just beginning to whisper its potential, Myles Anderson & Gordy Venneri turned their home winemaking passion into something extraordinary- And became the valley’s eighth bonded winery. Scott & Nici took up the torch in 2017 and embraced that same spirit that makes our valley special. Like the stories shared over countless bottles, our roots run deep in this valley’s rich soil and carry forward a tradition of bringing people together through wine. Our beloved Sangiovese showcases why this Italian variety has found such a special home in our corner of Washington.
Appellation: Columbia Valley, WA
Grapes: 93% Sangiovese, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon – ABV 14.1% (AGING 16 months in neutral French oak barrels)
