Cluster Flock Sauvignon Blanc ~ 2022
Citizen Wine was set up in 2020, mid-lockdown, by a close-knit group of industry experts (including several Masters of Wine) to breathe some much-needed life into an all-too-often rigid and stuffy wine sector. We removed the stigma of stuffy, cloned wines and replaced it with an innovative new approach to wine making and marketing. All citizens are free to choose, have fun, and express themselves however they wish.
NZSB is a wine for the times that reminds us that, however Cluster Flocked things become, a laugh and a good glass of wine can go a long way!
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc – ABV 12.5%
Tasting notes: Rich stone fruit and ocean freshness combine with vivid citrus, elderflower, gooseberry,y and green grass. Well-balanced and elegant, it has a lasting savory finish.
Pairings: It combines perfectly with white meats, Asian food, and creamy pastas… not so good with lamb.

Le Red Wine ~ 2022
No wine collection could be complete without this elegant range of classic French, go-to varietals. A range of five well-known grape varieties including Le Cabernet Sauvignon, Le Merlot, Le Sauvignon Blanc, Le Chardonnay and of course Le Rosé. Deliciously expressive wines that are even better than our French.
Grapes: 100% Merlot – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: Red fruits and strawberries on Le nose. Soft and round on Le palate with ripe redcurrant flavors and hints of dark chocolate and walnut on Le finish.

Raised by Wolves Malbec ~ 2023
On a rugged outreach in Mendoza, there is a gravelly plot of old Malbec vines that is roamed freely by wild wolves. The wolves are said to guard the vines from hungry prey looking for a juicy treat. This ripe, cherry-filled wine with its notes of plum, spice, and dark chocolate has been protected by nature and Raised by Wolves.
Grapes: 100% Malbec – ABV 13%
Tasting notes: Ripe, cherry-filled wine with its notes of blueberry, plum, spice, and dark chocolate with velvety tannins.
