Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting notes: Tropical notes of pineapple, melon, gooseberry, and pink grapefruit with subtle hints of guava and lychee. On the nose, the subtle aroma of salt air hints at the vineyard’s coastal proximity. The palate begins softly, opening up to bright citrus flavors akin to Starburst candies, finishing with a refreshing dryness reminiscent of crisp peach.

The history of KVINT dates to 1897, when the first rectification warehouse was built and launched into operation on Vokzalnaya Street in Tiraspol. Tasting notes: This wine’s elegant taste and aroma enchant with inner harmony, hints of white and red currant, tones of kiwi fruit, gooseberry, passionfruit, native lime, and juicy pineapple. It features pleasant, refreshing acidity, minerality, and a long aftertaste.

Réserve Du Couvent ~ 2022

The best-selling Lebanese red wine that celebrates the Jesuits’ personal wine cellar, a blend that captures the generosity of the Bekaa Valley’s terroir and Château Ksara’s winemaking excellence to create a wine for all occasions. The grapes are hand-picked and destemmed before fermentation. The Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in oak for six months before blending.

Grapes: Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes: Deep purple hue heralds a wine dominated by a spectrum of plums, blackcurrants, strawberries, cherries, and bell peppers. The oak is well integrated, creating a wine that is complex and layered, round and soft.
Pairings: Best served at room temperature with all red meat, stews, and pies.

Prestige Vieilles Vignes ~ 2021

Located near Narbonne and the Mediterranean Sea, the vineyard is terraced at of 300 meters. It’s an exceptional calcareous clay terroir that was discovered eight centuries ago by the Countess of Narbonne, and the rigorous application of the most refined techniques to both the vines and the cellar offers ideal conditions for our internationally recognized wines. The principles of integrated farming have been applied. Since 2014, environmental actions have been put in place, and last, but not least, we have been in conversion to organic farming since 2017.

Grapes: Syrah, Carignan and Grenache – ABV 13.5%
Tasting notes: It begins with inviting aromas of black raspberries, plums, dried spices, pepper, herbs, tobacco, and wet stones, which all take shape in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied and structured with soft, round tannins that expand seamlessly through the finish.
Pairings: Perfect with Mediterranean food based on olive oil (lamb’s hazelnut with garlic and tarragon cream, roast pork with bay leaf).
