GAVI DOCG ~ 2021

Villa Giada is in Canelli, among the hills where the Langa embraces the Monferrato, an enchanting landscape recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, alongside a long tradition of producing Barbera grapes. The winery extends from the Langhe to Monferrato, blessed by the ideal climate and unique soil, giving life to wines that express the authenticity and character of these lands.

Appellation: Canelli, Italy

Grapes: 100% Cortese- ABV 13%
Tasting notes: This wine lends itself both to being appreciated immediately and to moderate aging. It has a light straw yellow with greenish reflections, with a fresh and fruity nose, with mineral notes in evidence. The taste is savory, dry with good acidity and delicate hints of almond.
Pairings: Typical traditional piedmonts’ dry white wine. It is excellent throughout the meal, perfect as an aperitif.

DEA Rosa ~ 2023

Tenuta del Buonamico wine company was founded in 1964, and from that time on it has been considered one of the Montecarlo’s leading companies for its wine production, in respect of the territory and the tradition. Today the Estate, owned by the Fontana Family, has expanded in terms of both vineyards and wine cellar. While preserving the essential characteristics of a traditional winemaking style, “Buonamico” has now become one of the Montecarlo’s leading wine producers.
Appellation: IGT Tuscany, Italy

Grapes: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah – ABV 12%
Tasting notes: Soft pink with coppery reflections that give delicacy and elegance to the product. Fruity and intense at nose with strong cherry and morello cherry notes. Very pleasant and wide, fresh and lively with hints of morello cherry. Great balance that is distinguished for its big aromatic expression.

Barbera D’Asti DOCG ~ 2023

The name Suri means “the sunny side of the hill” to underline the perfect exposure of the vineyards. Excellent wine when young thanks to its characteristics of freshness and vitality of the fruit.
Appellation: DOCG Chianti Ilangi – Tuscany, Italy

Grapes: Barbera – ABV 13%
Tasting notes: Color is ruby red, intense and brilliant, nose is intense and pleasant fruity aromas, and the taste is pleasantly fresh on the palate, full-bodied and harmonious.
Pairings: A wine that can be enjoyed throughout the meal, with appetizers, rich first courses and important second courses. Also excellent with light dishes and salads. When young, served slightly chilled, it is ideal on warm summer evenings.

Duo ~ 2021

A project crafted by the Enrico Marcato in 2012 and is now continued in collaboration with Mirko Sella to make of their passion a duel of different grapes and winemaking techniques. DUO is crafted from the best grapes using the APPASSIMENTO technique.
Appellation: Ronca, Italy
Grapes: Corvina and Cabernet Franc – ABV 14.5%, Aging in oak for 10 months
Tasting notes: Deep red color. Flavor of red-berry fruits with a coffee hint. Concentrated palate and soft tannins with a lingering finish.
Pairings: Pair with grilled meat, cold cuts and cheeses.
