Vins Breban ‘Baron de Seillac’ Brut

Baron de Seillac White Brut is made from grapes grown at vineyards throughout the Var region. Wines produced are the result of close collaboration between growers, vintners, and Vins Bréban company. All wines are produced according to very rigorous standards and specifications established by Vins Bréban with its partners: determination of the harvest date, vinification at low temperature, and specific yeasting. The fruit of a second 60-day fermentation called “prize de mousse”, the wine is then filtered and bottled. Finished wines rest on slats for 3 months before being marketed.

Appellation: Provence. South West and South East of France

Grapes: Ugni-Blanc – 80%; Colombard – 20%
Tasting notes: A pale yellow color with light green reflections. Its nose is complex with delicious hints of exotic fruits: banana, pineapple, and passion fruit. On the palate, its mouth is rich with air bubbles.

Pairings:  Sparkling white Baron de Seillac is an excellent aperitif wine. Best to be served at a temperature of 8° to 10°C..

Domaine du Val Lamartinien – Saint-Veran ~ 2022

Appellation: SAINT-VÉRAN

Grapes: Chardonnay 100%

Tasting notes: A pale golden color with light green tints. The nose is complex, revealing apple and pear aromas and scents of white blossom, subtly enhanced by hazelnut and almond. Fresh and hearty on the palate, with a touch of mineral. A pleasing, easy-drinking wine that your guests will love..

Pairings:  Fish, chicken with cream sauce, goat cheese.

Les Carteresses Cave de Tavel et de Lirac – IGP Pays du Gard

The Cave des Vignerons de Tavel is built in the purest Provençal style and was established in 1937 when Tavel wines were granted AOC status. It is currently the only winery to have been opened by a President of the Republic – Albert Lebrun, in 1938. The Cave de Tavel produces half of the Tavel AOC wines, as well as Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, and Côtes-du-Rhône, spanning over 680 hectares. With 140 producers involved in the day-to-day life of the winery, they have a say in the investment decisions made for producing wines that frequently win medals and are regularly mentioned in wine guides.

Tasting notes: Eye: Bright rosé colour Nose: woodland fruits. Mouth: fresh and very fruity.

Pairings: Best served at 54°F-58°F Enjoyable as an aperitif, for a picnic, grilled meat, and exotic cooking. This pleasure wine will be appreciated with friends.

Domaine du Val Lamartinien – Bourgogne Rouge~ 2023

Appellation: Bourgogne, France

Grapes: Pinot Noir 100%
Tasting notes: Cool fruit with a touch of underbrush and spice. A wonderful Burgundian nose.

Sweet, spicy, complex Pinot. More cherry both red and black on the palate. Shows as a good Villages.

Pairings: Red meat, roasts, and game as well as mushroom-based dishes.
