SUMMARY:Liquid History: The Querce Bettina Brunello Retrospective
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an Italian vertical tasting of Brunello di Montalcino. This is a unique tasting experience of different years’ productions of the same wine from the same producer – Querce Bettina. Brunello has strict regulations for production\, including place (only from the small hilltop town of Montalcino in Tuscany)\, grape (must be 100% Sangiovese Grosso\, a special clone)\, aging (minimum of 5 years total\, with a minimum of 2 years in wood barrel)\, and winemaking (including bottle style). \n\n\n\nThere will be five vintage wines at this event. Sophisticated hors d’oeuvres to accompany the wines provided by Chef Lou Swartz (@loupdeloudotcom)
